San Jose Neighbors That Care, offers the following FREE services to our community:

EMERGENCY FOOD
We are an emergency food provider for the economically disadvantaged. We distribute over 125,000 lbs. of found annually to needy families in the San Jose area.

THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS
On these two special holidays we furnish hundreds of families with Holiday Food Baskets that include a ham or turkey and (at Christmas only), we also provide toys for children ages 1-12.

BACK TO SCHOOL SHOES AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES
Every August, we furnish approximately 250 impoverished students with new school shoes and school supplies for when they return to school.

COMPUTER EDUCATION
We provide FREE computer training for "at risk" kids.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR EDUCATION
We help obtain scholarships for needy students who might not otherwise be able to attend college and further their education.
